Focus: Mosaic billet creation techniques and advanced pattern manipulation
December’s session is a demo-focused deep dive into creating Mosaic Damascus billets. We’ll cover all the foundational steps including stacking/layering steel, forming C’s, transforming C’s into Crushed W’s, and billet orientation/pattern design. The workshop will include essential instruction on billet prep, forge welding, and advanced pattern distortion.

 

If you are unable to attend the previous 2 sessions or registration is full you may forge a basic damascus billet during this event

Each session is limited to 10 participants for billet making to ensure quality hands-on instruction. Observers and helpers are always welcome! Come to learn, lend a hand, or just see the process in action.
