Focus: Billet prep, forge welding, restacking, and simple pattern manipulation
October’s class will center around the essential first steps in damascus steel creation. Participants will learn how to prep and forge weld billets, with guided instruction on cut-and-restack techniques. We'll also cover beginner-friendly pattern manipulation, including raindrop, ladder, and twist designs. This class lays the groundwork for more complex work in later sessions.

Each session is limited to 10 participants for billet making to ensure quality hands-on instruction. Observers and helpers are always welcome! Come to learn, lend a hand, or just see the process in action.
